South Coast Drifters Returns Policy

At South Coast Drifters, all our products are made-to-order through a print-on-demand process. This allows us to reduce waste and offer unique designs created with care. However, because of this, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style.

Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives with any of the following issues, you may be eligible for a refund:

  • Defective or damaged product (e.g., printing errors, stitching issues).

  • Incorrect item received (e.g., wrong design, size, or product compared to your order confirmation).

  • Significant quality issues that do not meet our production standards.

To process a refund, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with the following:

  1. Your order number.

  2. A detailed description of the issue.

  3. Photos showing the problem (e.g., damage or incorrect product).

We will review your case and, if eligible, issue a refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes:

  • No exchanges: Since all items are custom-made, we cannot offer exchanges. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before completing your order.

  • Non-refundable issues: Refunds cannot be provided for buyer errors such as incorrect size selection or change of mind.
